Do I have to already be fit to start?
Not at all. Many clients begin with limited mobility, chronic pain, or zero gym experience. We start right where you are and progress safely.
How long is each training session?
All personal training sessions are 1 full hour—not rushed 30–45 minute workouts like many gyms offer.
Do you offer personal training for adults 50+?
Yes. “Active Aging” is one of our specialties. We provide low-impact, joint-friendly fitness to improve balance, bone density, mobility, and confidence.

Is training safe for older adults?

I’m afraid of falling. Can you help with balance?
Yes. We work extensively on gait, stability, proprioception, and fall prevention, helping you navigate daily life with confidence.
What if I have arthritis or chronic pain?
We work around limitations and use modalities like ARPwave Neuro-Therapy to reduce pain and restore movement safely.
Can exercise really improve aging-related stiffness?

Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) FAQ
Do I need to be in shape before starting ACFT training?
No. We work with beginners, recruits, and soldiers who haven’t trained in years. Progressions start at your current level and build up safely.
What events do you train clients for?

Can you help me improve my run time?

Do you work with Fort Carson soldiers?

Not at this time. Training is scheduled by appointment to ensure every client has dedicated one-on-one attention.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes—new clients can schedule a discovery session to determine goals and fit.
Do you sell supplements?
We offer recommendations but do not require or push supplement purchases.
