John Marshall
Jenny Marshall

John and Jenny Marshall: Owners and Founders


John is an experienced Personal Trainer and Athletic Coach with a gift for finding the inner athlete within. Over the past 20+ years Johns profile of clientele has ranged from pre-teens to seniors, elite athletes to the sedentary , physical therapists, doctors, and everything in between. John loves working to help people achieve personal goals and overcome limited mindsets. He has also helped people regain balance and control skills after severe brain injuries. He creates individual performance based programs unique to your individual goals, and they are designed exclusively in a private facility.
John started his career at Baylor College of Sports Medicine over 25 years ago and has been certified and educated through ISSA, ACE, and PFIT programs, and keeps his education an ongoing process with clinics and webinar based training through NSCA, Michael Boyle, Westside Barbell, ARPwave and USA Cycling/BMX etc.
John is a Certified ARPwave Therapist helping people in pain through ARPwave Neuro-Therapy.
John is also current on a a few cycling disciplines-certified as a USA Cycling Coach and USA BMX Certified Coach.
John enjoys anything that is outdoors, but particularly cycling. He is an accomplished competitive cyclist with results ranging from top 5 in mountain bike racing to Colorado State track Sprint Champion. In 2004 he was a member of the National Team that went on to win the National title in track cycling. That same year he was a member of the US Masters World Championship team competing in Manchester England.

Jenny contributes as a Massage Therapist. She loves being able to help ease her clients pain. She uses neuromuscular therapy techniques as well as cupping and scrapping techniques. She tailors the treatments to your individual needs. She is also certified as a Trainer so she can help rebuild strength and mobility off of the table. 
Jenny has a desire to help anyone achieve optimal health no matter what their age or ability level is. She believes that we are ALL created for greatness and that movement is life- if you don’t move, your quality of life will deteriorate. She is dedicated to helping you achieve your personal goals- whatever they are.
Outside of the gym Jenny enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and serving at church.

Kevin Feldman

Kevin comes to us with an extensive background in Injury rehab, injury prevention, personal training, sports performance, and body mechanics. He is a licensed Athletic Trainer and has a master’s degree in exercise science. Kevin has worked with a variety of people from young athletes to injured adults to high-level athletes.

Kevin has had 10 years of experience in this field working in physical therapy, chiropractic offices, and sports performance facilities. He got his athletic training degree from CSU-Pueblo and his Master’s degree from Adams State University. His master’s degree had an emphasis in injury rehab.

Tyler Johnson

Tyler Johnson

Tyler brings athletic experience, education, and understanding to each athlete, or client he works with. Tyler is a lifelong athlete and student of his sport, track and field. He competed at the collegiate level (Aquinas College), earning All- American honors. Completing a bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science pushed Tyler towards a career of coaching athletes to improve their performance, and accomplish their personal goals. He has had the opportunity to coach and train athletes aged eight all the way up to the collegiate level. In addition, he has been a personal trainer for clients of wide age ranges and athletic abilities as well. He aims to provide athletes with opportunities, knowledge and support that wasn't always available to him. Tyler prides himself on developing the individual's mind just as much as their body, and helping each person reach their athletic goals!

Dominique Dahmen

A Colorado native, Dominique’s passion for exercise began at a young age through her own athletic experience as well as spending much of her life hiking the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Dominique attained her Bachelors in Exercise Science from UCCS and is a certified personal trainer through NASM. She has experience in online personal training and program development with a desire to help each client with their individual fitness goals using her education and athletic background to set up progressive skill based workouts for each client. As a wife and mom of two daughters she understands the dedication and consistency it takes to maintain a healthy lifestyle while having a busy schedule. She cares for her clients as well as the pursuit of healthy living and hopes to help each person she works with become the best, and healthiest version of themselves.

Abby Rittenhouse

Abby is a highly dedicated and passionate personal trainer who also has experience in the group fitness environment. Abby firmly believes that every individual is unique and she tailors her training programs to meet the specific needs, goals, and abilities of each client.
Whether someone is aiming to build muscle, improve athletic performance, or enhance overall fitness, Abby provides personalized attention and guidance to help them achieve their desired outcome.
Her coaching style is characterized by motivation, positivity, and a strong emphasis on proper form and technique. She fosters a supportive and empowering environment, instilling confidence in her clients to push beyond their limits and unlock their full potential.
When Abby is not in the gym she enjoys hiking, pickleball and traveling with her husband.
Jason Personious

Jason Personius

Jason Personius
Jason is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He loves to work with people and help them achieve their goals. Jason enjoys keeping up with the latest science of resistance and movement based training and imparts this knowledge in a practical way.

“As a trainer, my passion is to challenge, inspire, teach, and journey with you to create positive changes in your life regardless of your experience or goals. I believe in growth everyday, in every way.”

Outside of the gym he enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and cooking.
Nikki Carter

Nikki Carter

Nikki is dedicated to helping individuals reach their personal fitness goals. While working full-time throughout her adult life, raising two sons over the years, and still finding quality time with her spouse, she understands the challenges that come with finding personal time to devote to exercise and healthy habits.

Through motivating and researched-based programming, she strives to provide clients with an accessible and achievable path to better physical health. 

Nikki is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, passionate about encouraging and inspiring people to push their boundaries, and is committed to helping her clients work towards becoming a
healthier, and more confident person. 

Growing up in Colorado, she participates in a variety of activities to include kayaking, hiking, and skiing and believes that fitness should be a lifestyle rather than a chore.
Kris Gieske

Kris Geiske

Kris was an active duty soldier for the U.S. Army for four years and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. After medically retiring from the Army in 2011, he decided to help our nation’s wounded warriors through adaptive physical training. Kris completed a bachelor's degree in Strength and Conditioning from UCCS with a minor in Nutrition. While pursuing his degree, Kris spent his time volunteering as a trainer to assist wounded, ill, and injured soldiers. Kris also worked for Champion Health Associates as their Director of Strength Rehabilitation and Performance Training. Kris has worked with everyone from older adults to elite athletes for the past 10+ years. With an extensive background in helping people regain balance and motor control skills after brain injuries, he has helped people regain hope and ownership of their body. Kris enjoys strength sports and competed in Powerlifting.
